As a Senior Trading Technology Developer, you'll be at the intersection of quantitative finance and technological innovation, creating sophisticated yet accessible trading solutions that democratize financial success. This role combines deep technical expertise with practical market understanding. You'll develop and optimize multi-asset trading algorithms that process real-time market data, execute precise trade signals, and maintain robust risk management parameters. Working with both MetaTrader and TradingView platforms, you'll help build the systems that bridge Wall Street expertise with Main Street opportunity. Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy quantitative trading algorithms across MetaTrader 4/5 and TradingView platforms
- Engineer and optimize Technical Indicators (TI) based Expert Advisors (EA) and trading bots
- Conduct comprehensive backtesting and performance analysis to validate trading strategies
- Convert complex trading strategies into efficient, automated systems
- Integrate trading systems with third-party APIs and ensure robust execution
- Collaborate with strategy analysts to implement and refine trading algorithms
- Monitor and optimize system performance across market conditions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions
- Document development processes and maintain technical specifications
Experience:
- 3-5+ years of hands-on development experience in trading technology
- Proven track record developing and deploying trading algorithms
- Demonstrated experience with MetaTrader 4/5 development environment
- History of successful TradingView strategy implementation
- Background in quantitative trading or financial technology
- Experience with real-time trading systems and market data integration
Skills:
- Expert proficiency in MQL4/MQL5 programming
- Advanced knowledge of Pine Script for TradingView
- Strong understanding of technical analysis and trading indicators
- Proficient in analyzing and optimizing algorithm performance
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of financial markets and trading mechanics
- Familiarity with machine learning applications in trading (preferred)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Effective communication abilities for collaborating with strategy teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
