Responsibilities:
Design and execute high-impact email marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and audience segmentsDevelop and optimize marketing automation workflows based on user behavior and engagement patternsImplement A/B and multivariate testing strategies to continuously improve campaign performanceCreate and manage segmentation strategies that deliver personalized experiences to different investor personasTrack and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaign effectivenessGenerate comprehensive reports on email performance, engagement metrics, and ROIMaintain marketing calendars and coordinate with cross-functional teamsEnsure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practicesCollaborate with content teams to translate complex trading concepts into engaging email contentManage and optimize subscriber lists for maximum deliverability and engagementExperience:
3+ years of hands-on email marketing and campaign management experienceProven track record managing high-volume email campaignsExperience with major email marketing platforms (ActiveCampaign, Iterable, Klaviyo, etc.)Background in financial services, SaaS, or direct response marketing preferredDemonstrated success in data-driven campaign optimizationExperience working in remote, fast-paced environmentsSkills:
